 BIOGRAPHY


Mr. Heard is a Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer in the state of North Carolina. He is currently completing his PHD in computer engineering at the North Carolina State University and also received his MS and BS in computer engineering form North Carolina State University. In addition, he is currently an Adjunct Instructor at the North Carolina State University.


His expertise are in the areas of Electrical and Electronic System Design, ASIC, FPGA, and Hardware design. Mr. Heard provides Forensic and Investigative Research, Patent Infringement Analysis, System Design and Reverse Engineering, Product Teardowns and Failure Analysis services for our clients.
